Capital Property Advisors is led by a team of dedicated senior real estate professionals whose experience in the business averages 15 years and who have advised investments and performed transactions of over 150 million in real estate projects.

With more than 20 years of experience in the Romanian and international real estate business, Radu is primarily focused on delivering integrated and complex real estate solutions and projects to clients, based on the personal experience as a broker but also from his investments. He has founded and led Capital Property Advisors since its establishment in 2011. Throughout his entire career Radu has brokered and consulted various projects, with a market value exceeding 500 million Euro and pioneered the capital markets segment, while making use of his extensive know how in project management and development. Financing is another key focus in Radu’s activities.

Radu holds an EMBA from WU Executive Academy and, prior to the establishment of Capital Property Advisors he has founded and managed several companies in the field. As previous assignment before launching Capital Property Advisors, Radu successfully led the local subsidiary of top real estate international company CB Richard Ellis.

Adrian has joined Capital Property Advisors in 2011 and he is now offering his expertise in the area of financial projection and analyses related to investment projects.

Prior to joining Capital Property Advisors, Adrian worked for CBRE as Account Manager, Capital Markets, being in charge with preparation of project and corporate financial models to assist with viability assessment and capital structuring of proposed transactions.
Adrian graduated from the Faculty of Management and Faculty of International Relations, both with the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest. He then graduated a MBA specialized in financial management from the City University of Seattle and Romanian Banking Institute.

Alexandru has spent over a decade in delivering quality real estate solutions, projects and results. As member of the Capital Property Advisors team, Alexandru has acquired during the past 7 years a valuable expertise in development and permitting, allowing him to counsel clients during all the phases of a project

Prior to this, Alexandru has been one of CB Richard Ellis’ top consultants within the Capital Markets department, dealing with forecasting, budgeting, planning , and on site analysis of expense, income, capital, and cash flows for a large number of institutional investors and developers.
Alexandru has a degree in law and administrative sciences and a degree in Internacional Commerce Legislation from Politechnic Institute of Mexico.
